This location has phenomenal staff that always takes great care of me and my vehicles. I do not trust any other company to take care of my tires. It is a huge advantage to have a national warranty that can be utilized when traveling. This store also just got a really nice face lift.
Terrible service! Had a appointment at 1:00pm today to get tires rotated. and after checking in, still waiting. Manager said it will be ready around 3:45 at the earliest. I have 4 vehicles that I buy tires from this location. They're good at selling tires but terrible customer service after the sale. Doesn't do any good to make an appointment, so frustrating to spend my Saturday afternoon waiting.
Wait, wait, wait. I get it's first come, first serve, but don't tell me it's 20 minutes and then not get to me for 4 hours! If you're backed up, just say it. My time is valuable, too. Customer service is horrible!!! My wife had a flat, and they didn't have the right size in stock. They said they could get it the next day, so we left tire and went home. Fair enough. But when she arrived the next day, the tire was mounted on the rim, but they didn't have time to put the tire on her car. Said she'd have to come back the next day. After $295 for one tire, they couldn't take the 10 minutes it would take to put it on. By the way, she'd gotten there around 11 a.m., so there was plenty of time in the day. Save your money and time, and go to Firestone.
Top notch customer service from Tyler! I needed the tire pressure checked in my car and he was nice enough to explain the chart & pressure to me without making me feel like an idiot haha! It was also free, I wanted to pay them something but he refused. I'll be back when I need tires! Thank you Tyler!
Discount Tire is number 1 in quality, service, fast .Before, I had to drive to comfort dr street to change the tire but now there is a new location on second street so it's very convenient because it's very close to me. I don't think there's any place that does it faster than Discount tire.
Cannot express how much class I was shown today. I found a staple in the sidewall of my tire leaving work today. I knew it was going to be right at 6 pm when I got to the store, so I was going to leave for a morning repair/change the next day. The reps at Discount Tire told me they would take care of it right then so I wasn't driving on a leaking/damaged tire. They didn't have to do that, but made sure that my vehicle was safe. Massive thanks and respect for these guys!
Jonathan did a great job with my F Type R. A bubble developed on the sidewall of my front wheel and needed to be replaced. They worked me in at 5pm. I was very impressed and appreciated that they price matched my tire with other retailers. Fees are very fair. I will definitely be taking my cars here from now on.
I arrived early for my appointment and could tell the employee didn’t want any more customers. Seeing that I had an appointment got a “It’s going to be 90 minutes. Would you like to wait or come back tomorrow?” What I want is my appointment to be honored. Third time this has happened, and I drove 30 minutes to get there. If you can’t meet the workload, block out some times or hire work workers. This happens too often.
